Asian Tigers Indonesia brings the spirit of Royal Ascot to the BWA Charity Ball 2026

Asian Tigers Group proudly supported the 2026 British Women’s Association (BWA) Jakarta Charity Ball, ‘A Day at the Races’, held on 9 May, 2026 at the Grand Ballroom of the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. Inspired by the glamour and elegance of Royal Ascot, the evening brought together Jakarta’s international and local communities for a memorable celebration in support of Rachel House Indonesia.

For Asian Tigers Indonesia, supporting the Charity Ball was about more than showing up, it was a chance to help create an atmosphere that invited connection, generosity, and shared purpose.

Designing an immersive Royal Ascot-Inspired Experience

As part of its contribution to the event, Asian Tigers Indonesia designed and produced a range of immersive elements to help bring the theme to life. These installations were created to complement the overall vision of the evening and to welcome guests into a race-day experience from the moment they arrived:

  • Photobooth installations;
  • Stage backdrops;
  • A life-size 3D racing horse centrepiece;
  • The ‘All Enclose Gate’ entrance inspired by Royal Ascot.

Supporting Rachel House Indonesia

Beyond the elegance and entertainment, the Charity Ball carried a meaningful purpose. This year’s fundraising efforts supported Rachel House Indonesia, the country’s first paediatric palliative care organisation, which provides compassionate care and support for children living with life limiting illnesses and their families.

Paediatric palliative care is often misunderstood. It is not only end of life support. It is a holistic approach to comfort and dignity, designed to ease pain, reduce stress, and support families as they navigate complex medical realities. It can include practical guidance, emotional support, and care coordination, all rooted in compassion.

Events like the BWA Charity Ball make that work visible. They give communities a way to participate, to learn, and to contribute in a concrete way. When a ballroom fills with people who share the goal of helping children and families, the impact extends beyond the funds raised. It builds awareness, strengthens networks, and signals that no family should feel alone.

Why this matters to a moving company

Asian Tigers is known globally as a moving company that supports individuals, families, and organisations through international transitions. It’s movers work closely with clients during moments that can be exciting, demanding, and emotional, including relocation for a new role, a return home, or a fresh start in a new country. In many cases, storage becomes part of the journey too, whether for short term flexibility or longer term planning.

That is why Asian Tigers Indonesia is honoured to support initiatives that bring communities together while contributing to meaningful causes. Whether it’s helping a client move, coordinating storage, or supporting a community event, it believes reliability and care should show up in the same way. Thoughtful planning. Attention to detail. Respect for the people at the centre of the story.

Looking ahead

The BWA Charity Ball 2026 was a reminder of what is possible when organisations and individuals collaborate for the public good. Asian Tigers Indonesia is grateful to have played a part in creating a memorable evening, and extends its respect to everyone involved in making the event a success. Most importantly, it recognises the vital work that Rachel House Indonesia provides for children and families across the country. Support for paediatric palliative care is support for dignity, comfort, and compassion. It is the kind of community impact that lasts.
