Star Worldwide appoints Andy Marshall to lead India and Middle East growth 

Star Worldwide has appointed industry veteran Andy Marshall as Executive Director for India and the Middle East. 

Based in Dubai, Marshall will take up the role on 1 October, 2026 and will focus on the group’s operations and growth across the two regions. 

He brings more than 40 years’ experience in the household goods moving and relocation sector, having worked across the UK, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. 

During his career, Marshall has held senior roles with a number of major industry names, including Pickfords, Abels, Asian Tigers Group, Allied Pickfords, Crown Worldwide Group and Brink’s Fine Art Services. 

Star Worldwide chairman Al Mithal said Marshall’s international experience and understanding of the moving industry would support the company’s growth ambitions across India and the Middle East. 

Managing Director Aulina Mithal Sood added that his experience in both relocations and fine art handling would be valuable as the company develops its regional operations. 

Marshall will also join Star Worldwide’s board and senior leadership team as part of the appointment. 

The company said his Dubai base would provide a platform for overseeing its activities across both India and the Middle East.
