Peaks challenge for charity

Move Group Ltd is set to take on the iconic Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge this June, as part of a fundraising initiative aimed at supporting children’s charities.

Formed as a new holding group with operations across London and East Anglia, Move Group has placed community engagement at the heart of its mission. The upcoming challenge reflects that ethos, with team members committing to the demanding 24-mile trek across three peaks on 6–7 June.

The initiative, titled ‘Walking for the Kids’, aims to raise funds for two charities that provide vital support to children facing complex medical conditions, long-term illnesses and life-limiting diagnoses. All funds raised will be split equally between the organisations, ensuring direct impact for families in need.

For Move Group, the effort represents more than a one-off event. It signals the company’s intention to embed social responsibility into its identity from the outset. By aligning business activity with community support, the group hopes to demonstrate that commercial success and meaningful contribution can go hand in hand.

The leadership team emphasised that the challenge is about raising awareness as much as funds — highlighting the importance of compassion and support for families navigating difficult circumstances. The campaign is also an open invitation for industry peers and the wider community to get involved, whether through donations, sharing the initiative or simply offering encouragement.
