Randex targets growth

Randex, the Livingston-based specialist in automated storage and materials handling, has partnered with Sales Geek Scotland as it pursues its plan to increase turnover from £6 million to £10 million within a foreseeable timescale.

Led by Managing Director James Roberts, Randex has doubled in size over the past three years and is forecasting another strong result this year, with revenues expected to surpass 2025. The business serves a broad range of sectors including logistics, defence, engineering and life sciences, and credits its consultative, client-led approach for building long-standing relationships since securing its first customer, Glenmorangie, in 2007.

To support its next growth phase, Randex has engaged Sales Geek Scotland to deliver a comprehensive year-long development programme for its six-person sales team, led by Sales Manager Derek Muir. The programme includes one-to-one sales development sessions, ongoing remote follow-up to drive accountability, participation in a leadership cohort group, and access to Sales Geek’s Sales Club events across Scotland.
